Valued at $4.35 million, this new residence exudes elegance on an impressive scale. Emulating a 17th-century castle, we custom designed this home featuring imported 17th century antique stone millennium planks throughout the soaring expanse of the main grand area on the first floor, and Mediterranean mahogany wood by Westerlies mingled subtly throughout the first and second floors.
METICULOUSLY BUILT
Even the in-home elevator which takes you from the first floor to the second floor offers excellent views of the outdoor features from the canti-levered balcony. And the entry which is lined with imported antique carved limestone brings its guests into the grand room, which is an open concept surrounded by 8×16 inch and 8×12 inch solid cypress beams, arches, and bents under a clear-story 24-foot-high ceiling.

A “his and her” private shower lined with imported antique 17th-century Arcane stone and separate “his and her” commode rooms complete this luxury retreat.
