Mark’s Git’er Done Gal is Julie Hill. It takes more than an accounting degree to wear the many hat’s she wears. Julie is responsible for and will maintain the records of your project, acquire the appropriate permits, and coordinate with the financing institution of your choice for your custom home construction.

Mark Perry is a Florida Certified General Contractor and has been since 1980. Mark’s extraordinary draftsmanship was handed down by this father, Ken. As the superintendent on your custom home, he will ensure your building plans are followed to your specifications.

Rachelle Perry Swift is likely to be your first contact when you call or stop by KenMark. Rachelle assists both Mark & Julie with the initial phases of your custom home design and construction. After your custom design is perfected, Rachelle will review the plan with Julie and Mark for build-ability and pricing.
